When I Was Runners up in Avirate Real Women Contest Bangalore

For me being nominated is , as close as winning
In Sept 2012, Avirate had run city wise Real Women contest on their social media channel.
I love taking part in contests, I think all of us must take part in contests, and never think that we could never win or how much chance do we have.
Because if we do not try we even miss the little chance we might have had.
When that time, I had won the contest, I was oblivious of what Avirate brand has to offer to me,
After all the contest was held on inaugural store launch in Bangalore followed by a fashion show. So the brand in itself was new to me!
If you have gone through my recent articles, you'd know how over the years, I
came up to realize that Avirate is one of the best brands for party / daywear/ evening wear for many many reasons. The review for which you'll find here.
But in this event, I chose to wear a halter dress by Splash Fashions.
Me, at Avirate Store Bangalore, inaugural launch with Avirate MD Arshad and Avirate India MD Jahid.
Now, my love for this dress didn't end here. When I was exploring nightlife of Glasgow, Scotland I chose to wear this one again. I love the beaded detailing it has on the neck, that makes it look every elegant and the grey color of course.
Glasgow was slightly cold when I had visited. So I am wearing a light white coat on top of this dress.
